A skirt from Prada's Spring/Summer 2004 collection, designed by Miuccia Prada, who had held sole creative authority of the house since launching its ready-to-wear in 1988. The mid-2000s collections continued her intellectual minimalism, setting rigorous tailoring against off-kilter colour and difficult prints. Prada was founded in Milan in 1913 by Mario Prada.
