From Rick Owens’ Spring/Summer 2016 “Cyclops” collection, this dark taupe dress is cut in a voluminous cocoon silhouette with wide kimono-like sleeves and a deep V neckline gathered at the center front. Fluid panels converge into an elongated asymmetric drape, creating the soft, sinuous volume that defined the collection and reflecting Owens’ exploration of movement, support and sculptural forms around the body.
